What is Minecraft to us? (Part 1)

Hello! 

I’ve loved Minecraft since I was 7 years old and it is basically why I’m fluent in English now. It all started with me wanting to learn how to install mods to my PE edition Minecraft and I stumbled upon a Minecraft channel called DanTDM. At first, I didn't know what he was talking about since I had very poor English and I probably didn't even know how to greet myself properly. I remember only watching the video because the mod seemed interesting and I genuinely wanted to learn how to get skins. After months and months of watching videos, I didn't understand my English started to improve quite a lot. Since then I’ve been obsessed with Minecraft, watching many different YouTubers and I still am - remind you I’m now 16- and honestly it opened many different opportunities for me. For example, I’ve met kind people all around the world, I even had a boyfriend once (or twice ^^) and I’ve used Minecraft to get out of awkward situations with newfound friends with a simple “Oh do you play Minecraft question?” and to be honest I’m proud of that. And every day I’m proud to be a part of this amazing and wholesome community!!
